Yes, this is the main advantage of the service for wine tours. The driver is driving, guests can freely taste. It's legal — alcohol only for passengers. In Kakheti, during tastings, this is especially important: on one tour you will try 6–12 different wines, plus chacha. Without a driver, this is impossible (zero tolerance for alcohol in Georgia).

Cancellation more than 48 hours before the trip — full refund. Within 24–48 hours — 50% refund or reschedule to another date. Less than 24 hours — no refund (although in case of force majeure such as illness or flight cancellation, the host accommodates). Rescheduling from one date to another, subject to the driver's availability — no penalties.
Yes. TripBox supports direct payment in RUB without hidden conversion fees. You choose the currency when booking: GEL, USD, EUR, or RUB. Payment goes through Russian banking channels — critical for guests from Russia and the CIS.
Yes. Turkey — via the Sarpi checkpoint (transfer from Batumi, then the driver accompanies to Trabzon or Istanbul — separate price). Armenia — via the Sadakhlo checkpoint (transfer from Tbilisi, then to Dilijan or Yerevan). Surcharge for crossing the border — $30–100 + insurance for the respective country. Driver's work for the whole day (10 hours), fuel, parking, car and driver insurance. NOT included: entrance tickets to museums and monasteries, passenger meals, wine tastings (usually $15–30/person), driver's meals (usually you pay $15–25 for lunch).
